| It's been a wonderful winter break. Lots has happened. Here's a very, VERY short summary:
It started with some opening of gifts by the fire for Christmas...

And then we went to Washington DC to meet up with family from Brazil!!
 Red Envelopes: $$$
My grandparents and my cousin, Stephanie
Brother J, Auntie Elvi, me, Thomas, Uncle Richmond and Stephanie
Besides taking pictures and opening gifts in the hotel, we did some shopping in Georgetown, visited the monuments and went to a couple museums. It was indeed fun times!!
But, the fun did not stop there. We had a most interesting visitor stop by today. As I was getting ready for bed, I found...
 A baby mouse
This would be our 7th mouse caught in 2 days. I did not see any of the other ones. They all got trapped in the mousetraps and were discarded before I could see them. However, this little baby mouse was SO cute...I couldn't kill it. So my dad and I drove out to the forest preserve and let it go. I seriously had a moment of sadness as I let the little guy go...*tear*
Anyways, that's just a little bit of the excitement from the past couple of weeks. Until next time...(probably another 6 months) :p
*edit* my cousin, Stephanie is 18years old, 5'10", lives in Brazil. In other words...too young and too tall for you BOYS.
